Friends lock Billy Barnes in the shower and take away his clothes, but he escapes wrapped in the shower curtain. The police take him for a lunatic and put him in jail, where he meets a jewel thief. They escape together and go to a party. The thief steals a considerable amount of jewelry, tries to implicate Billy, but is finally exposed by him.
