Zach wakes up to discover he is lost and abandoned in the middle of the desert. Soon he discovers several others are in the same predicament including: Lily, Huck, Stocke, Barley, Chloe, Sanjina, Dude, Dim, Sum and a mysterious French-Canadian woman who wants to lead them out of the desert or further into it.
