Once back in Oz, Dorothy sets off for the Emerald City to see her old friend the Scarecrow. But soon she encounters Mombi, the evil cousin of her old nemesis the Wicked Witch of the West, who plans to use her evil sorcery to depose the Scarecrow and install herself as Queen of the Emerald City. It's up to Dorothy and her newfound companions, kindly Pumpkinhead and brave Woodenhead the horse, the save the wise Scarecrow and his kingdom.
