Their lives are hanging by a thread, forty stories above the street. And a madman is trying to shoot them down.
A serial killer is on the loose in an American city. A man with psychic capabilities seems to be getting a little too near the truth. One night when the man works late in his office at the top of a skyscraper with his female friend the killer pays them a little visit.
