Four curious students decide to investigate the scene of a local legend: an abandoned house in which seven people mysteriously disappeared without a trace after attempting a séance. Rumors say they accidentally summoned a demon. Others say they were simply murdered. Some believe it never happened at all. But these students are about to learn that no matter what you believe, some things should not be explored, some fates should not be tempted, and some doors should never be opened.
