Focusing on more than just the pretty girls, Poorman also catches the surrounding hoopla that is a part of every one of these events - from the event itself to the wild antics of the Poorman himself, the celebrity attendees, and the freaks and geeks. At the conclusion of coverage, Poorman will rates the event with either a "Poor Thumb Up!" or a "Poor Thumb Down!"
